    Taylor Nicole Rogers is the US labour and equality correspondent. She reports on the financial, social and policy barriers limiting equal market participation in minority communities from the New York bureau. Taylor is also a frequent guest on FT podcasts including Working It and FT News Briefing.

    She joined the FT in 2020 from Business Insider. Taylor earned a degree in Journalism and Politics from NYU.
