FTAV’s Friday chart quiz

The weekend is nearly here. But before you switch off the screen and pursue a personal life of purpose, joy and inner fulfillment, there’s still time for the opposite: Alphaville’s Friday chart quiz.

So . . . what’s going on in each of the below charts? We’ve tried to calibrate difficulty to a level that only masters of Google image search pattern recognition will be able to correctly label all three, but guessing’s fine as well.

Rules remain the same as in previous rounds. Email alphaville@ft.com with your guesses and we’ll select the winner from the pool of correct entries that arrive by Monday. The lucky victor will walk away with a fetching, special edition “I ❤️ Charts” T-shirt designed by Louis, our artist-in-residence.
