Are you tempted to ask the boss for a pay rise?

As the cost of living increases, the thought of a bump up is tempting — but the process of pay negotiation is a fine art. The FT’s Money Clinic podcast is looking to speak to workers in their 30s who are preparing to ask for a raise, and would like to receive some expert advice and coaching about how to go about it.

Perhaps you’ve never asked for a pay rise before, or have already asked for one and been knocked back. Maybe you fear you are underpaid and are tempted to try your luck in the jobs market to try to force your boss’s hand.
