Chief learning officers’ insights sought

We’ll send you a myFT Daily Digest email rounding up the latest Business education news every morning.
The Financial Times invites chief learning officers around the world to participate in its third annual survey on trends and aims in executive education. Go to ft.com/closurvey.
In partnership with Unicon (the International Consortium For University Based Executive Education) and in collaboration with AACSB, EFMD, Emeritus and Bersin Partners, we are seeking to understand the changing demand for executive education.
We are collecting insights until June 30, and will analyse and share the findings in a report in the autumn.
The research complements the FT’s annual executive education ranking of providers, participants and partners, as well as its wider coverage of business education.
Last year’s survey highlighted the shift to online learning, the diversity of business school and other providers as well as a growing “democratisation” of training to more junior employees.
It showed strong interest in topics including leadership, diversity and digital transformation; and continued investment in education partly to drive recruitment and retention.
Chief learning officers, heads of leadership development and other executives overseeing learning engagements to develop middle and senior managers: please complete the survey here.
